Important Information about your booking to the Celtic Convention 2021, Las Vegas
​
I am writing regarding your booking to the Celtic Convention 2021 in Las Vegas next June, and to advise you of the options available to you in light of last week’s decision by the NAFCSC to postpone the Convention to June 2022.
Since we heard of the decision by NAFCSC, we have been working behind the scenes with our airline & hotel partners to mitigate as best we can the impact on everyone concerned. Your holiday itself remains fully protected by our ATOL licence, and you have four options available:
Option 1. SECURE YOUR PLACE now for the Celtic Convention 2022 at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE
If you choose to SECURE YOUR PLACE to the following year – and we really hope that you will – we will transfer your booking to the same tour package on the closest equivalent departure date. There will be no amendment fees, and no additional cost.
Option 2. Continue with your travel plans to Las Vegas in June 2021
You can still travel to Las Vegas on the dates originally booked and stay at the same hotel. However, the Celtic Convention will not be taking place. Your balance payment will still be due 14 weeks prior to your departure date. Your holiday remains 100% ATOL protected.
Option 3. Receive a refund credit note in lieu of deposit paid
You can also choose to receive a full refund credit note in lieu of the £200 per person deposit you have already paid. This credit note can be used against ANY holiday booked at any Stewart Travel store or by phone.
Option 4. Cancel your trip
You can choose to cancel your trip. However, this will incur a cancellation charge. We have already paid the deposits out to the airlines but we have managed to negotiate a reduced cancellation charge of £100 per person. We have also secured a full deposit refund from the hotels.
What happens next?
Please reply to Bishopbriggs@stewarttravel.co.uk stating the option you want along with your booking reference number (begins BRK). Then one of our team will get back to you in due course to confirm your choice. It will take us a few of days to contact everyone. We apologise in advance for any delay, but please be assured that we will be in touch.

We know how frustrating it is when holiday plans change and we’re so sorry that you won’t be able to share the magic of The Celtic Convention and Las Vegas next year. I do hope though, that you will give us the opportunity to take you there in 2022.
